The Golden Birth package, priced at $850, designed to envelop you in support and guidance throughout your birthing journey:

* 24/7 text support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum*

Prenatal Appointment: Let's embark on this journey together during our prenatal meeting. We'll explore your hopes, fears, and expectations for your child's birth. From outlining the birthing process to crafting personalized birth and postpartum plans, we'll ensure you feel empowered and ready for the big day. We'll explore comfort measures, relaxation techniques, and address any concerns you may have about birth and early parenthood.
Labor Support: From week 37 of your pregnancy until labor, I'll be on call, ready to join you whenever the time arrives. Whether you need immediate in-person assistance or guidance over the phone, I'll be there to offer unwavering support and reassurance. I'll stay by your side throughout labor and delivery, providing comfort, advocacy, and assistance. After birth, I'll stay to help you and your baby settle in, offering breastfeeding support and ensuring you're comfortable and confident as you begin your journey as a new parent.
Postpartum Visit: Following the birth, I'll return to provide a nourishing meal and reflect on the birthing experience. We'll discuss your well-being and that of your baby, reviewing notes and addressing any questions or concerns you may have. Beyond this visit, I'll remain available via text or call to offer ongoing support and guidance in the weeks following birth.

In addition to the comprehensive Golden Birth package,

I offer Additional Postpartum and/or Prenatal visits at $30/hour (minimum of 3 hours)

Postpartum care includes assistance with meal preparation, infant care, breastfeeding support, and light housework.
Prenatal visits encompass basic birth education and soothing & occasionally labor inducing treatments like the miles circuit and foot massage.
